The recent FX Choice contest ended and these are the top 5 traders to collect the prizes:

As to contest analysis, you can see the following:

– 80% of the accounts didn’t trade

– Only 3% of accounts made profit while 16% lose.

– No accounts were margin called.

– Top accounts were clustered very closely.

Keep in mind that the above figures are highly different than the usual results as users had to (1) authenticate their trading accounts, (2) trading sizes were limited by the broker and (3) the broker had to restart trading after 2 weeks due to server error.

Use the ‘more’ button to select the exact currencies for comparison. The strongest green cell is the currency which increased the most in the selected time frame while the strongest red cell is the currency which decreased the most in the selected time frame.

We’re happy to announce the completion of a long due plan – the change of charts used in the Myfxbook website. You might not even noticed the changes as we’ve made sure to make it look exactly as before, however during the past few weeks we’ve been replacing the charts in each section and the changes are major:

– The charts are no longer Flash based but HTML5, meaning they load several times faster.

– Unlike the Flash charts, the new charts are fully printable.

– You can hover over the chart and see a floating tooltip (you do not need to point to the exact data point):

– You can now zoom-in into a chart and finally see what’s going on without performing custom analysis:
